A gorgeous chunky wooden puzzle with friendly animals and assorted hidden textures. Great for shape matching, and ideal for little fingers! The wooden board has a colourful farmyard scene in the background, and has four different shaped indents. Each indent is lined with a different textured and patterned material, to match the animal piece that fits it (e.g. white woolly material for the sheep indent). Each of the chunky animal pieces (cow, sheep, pig, and duck) are brightly coloured and in a different shape (circle, oval, rounded triangle, and rounded square). All the shapes have rounded corners so that there are no sharp edges.
The bright colours and different textures are ideal for young children, and the chunky pieces are easy for small fingers to pick up.
