Do your products come with any guarantees?
- The majority of our products come with manufacturer guarantees as standard. The guarantees usually cover the goods for any manufacturer defects in material and/or workmanship, but the terms and length of the guarantees vary depending on the product. The guarantees on our products are free and don’t cost you anything extra. They are there to give you peace of mind about any products you buy.
- If you would like any more information about product guarantees, or would like to know the guarantees relating to a specific product, please contact our friendly customer services team who will be able to help you. We are also happy to provide written confirmation of any guarantees relating to your purchase(s) if you would like this; simply inform our customer services team when you place your order.
